I would give this business 0 stars if that were an option. I’ve been a Kiwi Car Wash member for over a year, and I’m extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers. For the past several weeks, after my car goes through the soap cycle, the rinse water has not been working properly. Instead of washing the soap off, my car comes out covered in soap residue that dries into a white film all over the vehicle. I reported this issue to management about three weeks ago, so they were already aware of the problem. Despite knowing their equipment wasn’t functioning correctly, they continued allowing customers’ cars to go through the wash without any warning. Had they simply told me beforehand, I would not have run my car through the wash. Today, the manager, Ryan, acted as if this was the first time he had heard about the issue. While another Kiwi employee was helping clean the soap residue off my car, Ryan told him to stop helping me. That was extremely disappointing and showed a lack of concern for customer service. My family has multiple vehicles with memberships, and we’ve brought a lot of business to Kiwi Car Wash over the past year. Unfortunately, this experience has sho

Exceptional service with free air fresheners. Fast, friendly staff with all the tools needed for my car to look spotless inside and out. Great value and I’ll definitely be back.

Kiwi is one of the best drivers through car wash in Auburn/Opelika. Their service is top notch. There is provision for after wash cleaning with provided towels on the spot. Also, you can Vacuum and gage your car Tyre.

The best car wash ever. Mat scrubbing stations are so nice compared to the machines that don’t really work. Rags, air, and vacuums all work fantastic.

The Vacuums work!!! Only 4 stars because of the pricing. Really nice car wash! You also don’t need a sticker on the window, it reads your tag. As a local realtor I have a dirty vehicle and I frequent car washes. The Kiwi Car Wash in Opelika, AL ⛅️ is a nice facility, conveniently located next to the courthouse off the Tiger Town exit. This brand-new car wash offers a premium experience that goes well beyond a standard wash. Customers are treated to a range of complimentary perks, including free towels, a detailing air tool, air for tires, and Windex. The facility also features a mat wash and a well-equipped bug prep station with high-quality pads. We have a lot of 🪳 here so that is nice! While their prices are higher than other local washes, you seem to get great value for what you pay. If you live near Tiger Town, the location of this wash is a definite plus. However, keep in mind that there are currently no other Kiwi Car Wash locations in town, so if you need unlimited washes around town, other car washes might offer more convenience with their 2-3 locations.
